"Positive Outcomes, Inc is a counseling service that has been under contract with the Gloucester City School District since September 1995. It became apparent that the problems of our families were large and the resources available to the school district to handle those problems inadequate. Currently there are two full time equivalent, Positive Outcomes clinicians who provide a full range of needed services. Without their service and support, our families would be in crisis, with very limited support".
